Canon.  948 of the Church’s law states that “Separate Masses are to be applied for the intentions of those for whom a single offering, although small, has been given and accepted.” RMC follows this principle assiduously. So, a separate Mass is offered for each intention received, by distributing the intentions received at RMC among all the Redemptorist communities across India. However, RMC announces all the Mass intentions received for a particular day before that day’s Mass so that the person who has made the offering knows that their intention has been taken into account and the community gathered around the altar online is also praying for them along with the priest.
